1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777sp platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 777sp uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the player will be permanently suspended and all balances, including pending withdrawals, will be forfeited without compensation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. 777sp is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Any misrepresentation of personal information — including name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sp login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify 777sp support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777sp will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or to notify 777sp promptly upon discovery.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

777sp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time without prior notice. 777sp is not responsible for delays, fees, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 777sp account dashboard at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change. 777sp does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777sp accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. All transactions on 777sp are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) where supported, or in the base account currency where PKR is not the primary processing currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by 777sp for PKR transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777sp are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual offer. General bonus terms applicable to all 777sp promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Multiple claims of single-use promotions are considered abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

777sp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 777sp does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud — nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 777sp account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2 777sp-Initiated Closure

777sp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct 777sp deems harmful to the platform or its users. In such cases, 777sp may withhold balances pending investigation.
